The Kyiv EducationUSA Advising Center is part of the EducationUSA network, which consists of over 450 advising centers around the world. The advising center is sponsored by the US Department of State and the US Embassy in Ukraine and is designed to provide accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date information about the application process to US colleges and universities.

American Councils for International Education works to support international academic and professional exchange. In Ukraine, the organization has many years of experience administering scholarship and exchange programs for educators, professionals, and students of both higher and secondary education.
Among other initiatives, American Councils manages the BridgeUSA Ukraine Program for Resilience and Reconstruction (UPRR), which brings together Ukrainian and American scholars for joint research, educational development, and knowledge exchange. By fostering partnerships between universities, the program provides professionals with the skills and expertise needed to support Ukraine's recovery and resilience.
