ROADMAP FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING PROCESS OF SECAP IN IVANO-FRANKOVSK UTC:

1. Prepare a monitoring report for 2020 inclusive (together with a monitoring inventory of greenhouse gas emissions).

2. The Monitoring report approval by the City Council decision.

3. Submit the Monitoring report for JRC approval.

4. Make a decision on the accession of the Ivano-Frankivsk UTC to the Covenant of Mayors 2030.

5. Develop a base emission inventory for the Ivano-Frankivsk UTC and SECAP.

6. Approve SECAP at the session of the City Council of Ivano-Frankivsk UTC.

7. Submit SECAP for JRC approval.
