Preparatory Department for Foreign Citizens (PDFC) does the following:
- accepts documents for admission and prepares agreements on provision of educational services;
- forms the lists of academic groups and schedule for each group;
- controls educational process;
- prepares learning and teaching support materials;
- holds final examinations and awards certificates.
