Cross-border Network of Energy Sustainable Universities

IFNTUOG is the coordinator of this project, and partners are the following universities: Technical University in Kosice (Slovakia), University of Miskolc (Hungary), Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, University Center in Baia Mare (Romania).
Project is designed to increase the efficiency of the key universities within the HUSKROUA Cross-border region to address the effects of climate change through energy efficiency in order to ensure sustainable development through cooperation, support and exchange of actions contributing to this. The Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, which entered into force in 2017, demonstrates the deep potential and determines the specificity of such cooperation in the field of energy efficiency of public buildings and the development of renewable energy sources in Ukraine. In addition, all four countries seek to find new opportunities for closer cooperation, including those in the field of higher education, partnership of municipalities
