Grant Ben Na-Snoh (Liberia) is a student of the Center for International Education, speciality 185 – Oil and Gas Engineering and Technology, group НСіа-15-1.
This smiling and successful boy from West Africa might not become a university student: because he came to IFNTUOG to learn the Ukrainian language only and he planned to study geology in Kyiv in the future..
But it was not to be. During this time he liked the atmosphere of the university and saw also a geology-related specialty - "Oil and Gas Engineering", which is very productive and high-demand at the job market.
Therefore, he made a fateful decision without hesitation, because he always believed in himself, considered his understanding of the world sufficient for self-realization. Well, of course, Grant's human and business qualities came useful: discipline, honesty, responsibility, sense of purpose, thirst of knowledge. In fact, he put high hopes on the knowledge gained at IFNTUOG to build a successful future and make a good career.
Despite a young age, the boy is extremely mature and developed man:
Only strong go to study abroad. Every foreign student is "mentally brave" (this term is from Grant): we are far from home, very far. Like all people, we experience cultural and mental shock. And our dearest are over the hills and far away. You are on your own and on some friends, if you have them there. Fortunately, I have, they study at medical university.
After he has studied for 4 years, our exemplary student does not regret compliments not only to our university, but also to Ukraine. He is enthusiastic over Ukrainians - people who know how to defend their interests, love their country, our patriotism and invincibility, probably because he belongs to the people with a life credo - "Never give up!"
